From the mountain to the setting

Aquamarine Nepal was founded in Kathmandu by a family of gem cutters who had spent two generations watching the Himalaya's stones leave the country as rough and return as expensive imports — marked up by four to six middlemen, stripped of their story, and sold to collectors who had no idea where they'd been. The house was built to close that circle: cut, certify, and sell the stones where they're found, with the provenance traveling alongside the gem instead of evaporating at the first border.

What we offer

The workshop maintains one of the largest inventories of Nepalese aquamarine anywhere — well over a thousand certified stones in stock — alongside other Himalayan gems and artisan jewelry made in our own setting studio. Every stone is cut by the house lapidaries, graded and documented with its origin, and shipped with certification that names the supply chain in full: which region it came from, who cut it, who set it. Because the house operates vertically integrated, prices land well below what the same quality commands through the traditional dealer chain — the middlemen's margin becomes the customer's savings and the cutters' fair wage, both.
